BAM Restoration is the first business I built from the ground up. I started off by researching the service industry, and I instantly identified a pattern. This allowed me to strategically position the brand apart from its competitors.

I also conducted a comprehensive brand analysis, and a business plan to complement it.

Once I had the blueprint, I started building from the ground up. I searched for the business name availabilty, and followed up by filing an LLC and a DBA.

From there I followed our business plan check list and started the bank accounts, establishing work lines, creating a google business profile and emails. I purchased domains, and I got consistent handles across 4 social media platforms. I gathered all permits, licenses and insurance required by the state of California, and handed them off to the owner.

I also optimized the website for SEO, and fine-tuned our algorithm for social media. I managed all channels, and developed all the content. I also created a strategic marketing plan for scaling.
